WHAT ARE THE CURRENT PREVENTIVE MEASURES BY THE CURAÇAO GOVERNMENT?
Unfortunately, the number of active COVID-19 cases on the island has significantly increased over the last weeks. As per March 24th, 2021, in an effort to lower the number of infections, the following measures will apply:
WHAT DO TRAVELERS NEED TO PREPARE PRIOR TO DEPARTURE?
Entry conditions still apply to all international visitors traveling to Curaçao. All travelers must be able to present a certified negative result of a COVID-19 PCR-test taken within 72 hours of departure from an accredited laboratory. The traveler must carry printed proof of a negative PCR test as well as upload it to www.dicardcuracao.com prior to departure. In addition, they must also fill out the Digital Immigration Card and the Passenger Locator Card (PLC).
IF I RENT A CAR, WILL I BE ABLE TO DRIVE?
Feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for your rental car needs. Keep in mind that we have a 'plachi di dia,' meaning that both locals and visitors are entitled to drive only two days per week.
From Mondays-Saturdays, you are only allowed on the road for mandatory shopping between 4:30 AM and 9:00 PM, based on your license plate:
CAN I BOOK A ROOM OR APARTMENT AGAIN?
Yes, you can. Reservations can be made through our website, by email (email@example.com) and per phone at (+5999) 465-2575. When you book directly with us instead of boooking through a booking site, you help us recover faster. When you make your reservations directly with our hotel, we do not have to pay commissions to external parties. This means that we can give our employees more hours, and possibly employ more people.

Our swimming pools and (city) beach area next door remain open but we encourage all guests to maintain a 6 feet/2 meter distance from other guests. Our restaurant will remain at your service.
CAN WE EAT AT YOUR RESTAURANT AGAIN?
Yes. Our oceanfront restaurant 'De Heeren @ sea' is open 7 days per week from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. To make a restaurant reservation, please call (+5999) 465-2575.

WHAT SECURITY MEASURES HAVE YOU TAKEN?
All of our employees have received instructions on how to act under COVID-19. Our rooms and apartments are professionally cleaned every day. Also, the door handles, banisters, and public areas in our hotel are cleaned several times a day. This allows you to enjoy your stay with us feeling carefree and relaxed!
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY EXISTING RESERVATION?
That is possible, we have adjusted our conditions so that it is easy to change or cancel a reservation free of charge. Guests who have made a reservation with us (via our website, email, or by telephone) but want to change it, are best to contact us by email: email@example.com. We will happily work on a suitable solution together.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY EXISTING RESERVATION MADE THROUGH AN ONLINE BOOKING SITE?
