Sunday afternoon is the ideal time to wind down with a cool drink and a warm bite. Especially when you can do this in the Caribbean with your feet in the sand. Now imagine there’s an Indonesian chef preparing traditional sateh ajam (chicken satay) using an old family recipe that has been passed down for generations. That’s Scuba Lounge Club Satay for ya’!
On Sunday, September 3, between 4-7pm, Chef Ronald serves an authentic Indonesian satay. Chef Ronald is from Indonesia and comes from a family of culinary talents, so he knows a thing or two about sateh ajam.
This authentic satay is only available on Sundays during Scuba Lounge; a weekly event in the lounge corner in our restaurant. Like every other Sunday, you can also order refreshing mojitos at our Bacardi pop-up bar.
Eat In or Take Out
The sateh ajam is full of flavor and will be served on a banana leaf with lontong rice, cucumber and onion. Costs are Nafl. 25,- for ten skewers. Take-out is also possible, call (+5999) 465-2575. Be there on time to avoid disappointment!
